My canon pimping shall always and forever be at the top of this journal. Just because. ♥
English scanslations of ALL the manga. It's usually updated... every week or so? With a new chapter, because that's when CLAMP puts them out. As opposed to the 10 volumes Del Ray's put out, this site has 16+ volumes available. (Which is fun, because the HORRIBLE SPOILERS you may or may not have heard about start a little bit after Piffle World, in the next world of Lecourt, and kind of explode in Tokyo. ^_^)
And all of the episodes so far can be found on YouTube. Now, as a warning, the anime is NOWHERE NEAR as good as the manga, especially the longer it goes on. But there are a few scenes worth watching, the voice acting is wonderful, and if you prefer anime to manga, it'll probably do.
Now, a few notes! Short and spoiler free as much as possible, I promise.

ALSO AS A FUN FACT HIS NAME IS PRONOUNCED "FAI." Yes, the official spelling is Fay D. Flourite, but the fan-translations you see everywhere, ie Fai or Fye D. Flowright, is how it's actually pronounced. Isn't CLAMP fun?

HIATUS NOTICE GUYS. Not for long, and I'll be much more active when I get back, I've just been HELLA DISTRACTED by the upcoming looming lurking (yes, both at once) shadow of OTAKON and now it's here~

| RP Thread [to Kurogane~ Honeymoon Still!] |

It hadn't taken long, relatively, for Fay to adjust to walking in the hot sand. Still, he prefers it in the early morning or evening, when his steps don't burn quite so much. It is very early now, and he's been out collecting shells, stepping over the warm sand and heading back to their little villa.
And he's wearing the sarong he'd managed to pick up in town without Kurogane noticing. Apparently Kurogane's "implication" that he would not look good in a dress has not been entirely forgotten. At least this isn't a dress, more of a towel wrapped around his waist and legs, only of smooth cloth.
He's not sure if Kurogane will be awake yet. He's really only wearing the thing at the moment because it's always so hot out, here, and he's not used to it, and he won't burn while it's this early.

| Wedding Bells! [pretty open RP thread!] |

The Barnsbury is an honestly beautiful hotel, surrounded by trees and flowers and immaculately tended lawns. The building itself resembles a castle more than anything, and is on the other side of a bridge and a minature moat. The furnishings are ruby colored and velvet, with simple, aesthetic designs.
The room where the wedding is being held is much brighter than the dimly lighted restaurant, chairs set up for the small number of guests they'd invited, as lovely as the rest of the hotel. Down the hallway leading to this room, there are two much smaller rooms, designed so that the groom will not see the bride in her wedding dress before the ceremony; there may be no bride here, but they've agreed to honor the little tradition anyway. And Fay is going crazy, in a good way, standing and pacing and fidgeting in his little room, regretting his insistance a tad and waiting nervously for the wedding to start, though not as nervously as he might have expected.

Fay wakes up in the morning but does not open his eyes. Oh. Right. He had been young these past few days. Very young, and for the most part very happy. His arms tighten around Kurogane, feeling a renewed rush of love for this man, as well as a deep embarrassment and something close to shame. He knows it's not needed, but there it is.
He extracts himself gently, unobtrusively from Kurogane's cuddle, getting out of bed and padding gently into the kitchen. A little while later, good smells might bring his Kuro-pon to wakefullness. He'd made dinner last night, after all, Fay could make breakfast in return. |

Fay has discovered the bed.
He's amazed by what's been given to him so far. He's full, he's not thirsty, his hair is short and he's clean and has been touched and held and he's loved. He hopes this isn't a dream, if it is he hopes he isn't going to wake up, and on that note he's discovered the bed. And whatever else he's been through, he's still a little kid. Fay's eyes widen and he smiles, and bounces onto the bed, falling onto his back and laying there happily. It's soft and warm and he loves it. He tries to look around for Kurogane without having to sit up. |

Since having that picnic with the kids, Fay's wanted to do something like that again... something with just him and Kurogane. He had been pleasantly surprised when Kurogane suggested it earlier, and now that they're done redecorating (and messing around... paint is a wonderfully tempting thing) Fay is grabbing a few things for a small picnic and looking forward to going out and watching the stars... very "romantic," though the word itself is off-limits.
"I'll get things together. You still have paint on you," Fay teases, gathering supplies. |

Fay doesn't really have anything against having sex in a car. However, a "pimpmobile" is another thing entirely. One also has to consider the factor that his fiancé is, loosely speaking, insane right now, and Fay is still far more inclined towards laughter than sex right now. Kurogane might have his work cut out for him, he muses, although by the way he's acting, he'll certainly be doing his very best to rise to the occasion.
"This is interesting," Fay volunteers, looking around the car park. "I wonder how many cars can fit here." |

Fay unlocks the door to the room across from his and Kurogane's, gracefully balancing Sakura in his arms. She is asleep, and he smiles at her fondly as he carries her into the room, over to the bed and tucks her in.
He stands there for a moment, happy and relieved, then pads back out into the hallway and shuts the door quietly behind himself. He crosses the hall and unlocks his own door, peeking inside. "Kuro-tan? Are you here?" He'd seen him in the Nexus not too long before, after all, he didn't know if Kurogane was back yet. |

He is silent and smiling and trying to pull himself together, leaning against Kurogane as he unlocks the door. |

Fay had, surprisingly, chosen to stay in all day. And like Kurogane the day before, he was beginning to figure out that staying at home while the other was out was horribly, terribly boring. He had changed out of his seduction clothes once he'd realized he was still wearing them, and had set out cleaning the room. That took about half an hour. For the rest of the day he had tried to amuse himself and mostly failed, though he had courageously resisted the urge to pass the time by drinking. Well, mostly.
He has by evening become so bored, physically and emotionally tired, and either the remnants of his hangover or the aspirin he had taken for it has worn him down some as well, because he's asleep on the couch now, head on his arms resting on the arm of the couch, dozing lightly. |
